How do I join the Token Circle?
All customers are automatically enrolled in Token Circle when they shop with us online, in-store, at events, or for permanent jewelry services.
To view your points balance, redeem rewards, and track your progress, you'll need to activate your Token Circle account.
Earn points on qualifying purchases made at Token Jewelry.
Points are earned on:
- Jewelry purchases
- Permanent jewelry services
- Third-party goods and accessories
Points are not earned on:
- Gift card purchases
When a gift card is used to make a purchase, the shopper using the gift card will earn points on the merchandise purchased.
No. Your points never expire and can be saved for future rewards.
What rewards can I redeem?
Current rewards include:
50 points = $5 Reward
100 points = $10 Reward
200 points = $20 Reward
Rewards can be used on most merchandise, including many third-party goods and solid gold jewelry.
Occasionally, specific items may be excluded from rewards. Any exclusions will be clearly noted online or communicated by our team.
Do redeemed rewards expire?
Yes. Once a reward is redeemed, it must be used within one year.
If a redeemed reward expires before being used, the points used to redeem it will automatically be returned to your Token Circle account.
What are Monthly Reward Drops?
Each month, Token Circle members may have access to a special limited-time reward or promotion.
Monthly Reward Drops must be redeemed during the month they are offered. Unused monthly rewards do not carry over to future months. If a redeemed monthly reward expires before being used, the points used to redeem it will automatically be returned to your Token Circle account.
What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item purchased using a Token Circle reward, the reward will be returned to your account.
Points earned from refunded purchases will be removed from your balance.
How does the referral program work?
Share Token Jewelry with a friend and you'll both be rewarded.
Your friend receives: $10 off their first purchase of $50 or more
You'll receive:

How do tier upgrades work?
As your annual spending increases, you'll automatically move into higher tiers.
When you reach:
- Muse, you'll receive 50 bonus points
- Icon, you'll receive 100 bonus points
Tier qualification is based on spending during the current calendar year.
Can I redeem rewards in-store?
Yes! Rewards can be redeemed both online and in-store.
If you’d like to use your rewards during an in-store visit, we will redeem eligible rewards during checkout.
