How do I join the Token Circle?
Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards! Having a Token Jewelry customer account is not the same as being a part of the Circle. Make sure your account is activated so you earn points!
How can I earn points?
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the Ways to Earn section for details.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the Ways to Redeem section to redeem your points for rewards. If you plan on using your reward online, redeem and apply to cart. If you want to use points in-store, let our stylists know that you'd like to redeem your points at the register. Please note, rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, some limited edition pieces, sale jewelry, or Mystery Boxes. Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted in a box underneath your order history. You can also navigate to our Token Circle page to view your points balance.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire after six months if there isn't any account activity. We do not refund expired points.
Do my rewards expire?
Once you redeem your reward, it will expire 6 months after activated in your account. We do not refund expired rewards.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be removed from your account.
If you make a purchase using your Circle reward, you will not be credited any points back.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.
I forgot to use my points at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
