Digital Designer & Marketing Specialist

Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin (In-person position)

Job Type: Full-time

Token Jewelry is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer & Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand to life across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design eye, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to create compelling marketing content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and maintain our website to enhance branding, storytelling, and user experience.
  • Assist with new product uploads, product organization, website copy, and ensure a seamless e-commerce experience.
  • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Create visually engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and digital ads.
  • Manage social media channels, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies, tracking ROI and optimizing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to create high-quality visuals.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong project management skills.
  • A strong visual leader with the ability to convey branding consistently across digital platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Klaviyo, and other relevant marketing tools.
  • Passion for design, branding, and digital marketing within the fashion or lifestyle industry.

Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilites:

Token’s Retail Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store front, overseeing all aspects including sales, staff, inventory management, customer service, and ensuring the store meets sales targets by hiring, training employees, managing stock levels, implementing promotions and in-store events, and maintaining a positive customer experience; essentially driving profitability while upholding company standards and policies.

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Minimum of 2-years of Retail Management Experience 
  • Open availability for days, evenings and weekend shifts 
  • Visual Merchandising Expertise: An eye for aesthetics and a knack for storytelling through displays.
  • Retail Leadership Experience: Proven success in leading a team and managing store operations.
  • Passion for Fashion: A love for jewelry and a keen sense of style.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Dedication to creating a welcoming and inspiring experience for all.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to shift focus and prioritize effectively in a fast paced and dynamic working environment 
  • Proficiency with retail management systems and POS systems
  • Understanding of retail sales strategies, marketing techniques and an understanding of the value of a strong retail team leader 
  • Can creatively find solutions that may arise in an ever growing environment
