Token is a lifestyle jewelry brand, founded on inspired design by Eau Claire native, Sarah Willger, in 2005. What began as a part-time passion has now grown into a dynamic and evolving local business. Each piece of Token Jewelry is handmade and showcased in our Eau Claire, WI studio + showroom currently located in downtown Eau Claire's W. Grand Historic District. Our team is eager to welcome more individuals to our ever growing business.

Jewelry Production Assistant - Part Time
Hours: 15-20 hrs/week 
Pay Rate: $13.50+ per hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Flexible Schedule, discount on jewelry
Education: High School Diploma or higher
Roles + Responsibilities 
  • Organize tools and supplies, maintaining small equipment
  • You will be cutting, sanding, filing, deburring wire
  • Support your team members if/when they need your help
  • Prepping jewelry for lead production team members
  • Forging, soldering, bezel setting, wire wrapping, sawing, forming skills
  • Maintaining a clean work environment
Skills Desired  
  • Accepts direction from Lead Production Team
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Detail oriented with great hand/eye coordination and ability to work consistently with precision
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Can walk up and down a flight of stairs with ease a few times a day
  • Adaptable and able to switch tasks quickly as needed
  • Efficient with time and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using various hand tools, flex shaft (drills). 
  • Able to focus + work in a repetitive production setting
Jewelry Production Assistant - Full Time
Hours: 32-40 hours/week with flexible schedule
Pay Rate: $15.00 + depending on experience
Benefits: Paid time off, some paid holidays, discount on jewelry
Education: High School Diploma or higher
Roles + Responsibilities 
  • Organize tools and supplies, maintaining small equipment
  • You will be cutting, sanding, filing, deburring wire
  • Support your team members if/when they need your help
  • Prepping jewelry for lead production team members
  • Forging, soldering, bezel setting, wire wrapping, sawing, forming skills
  • Maintaining a clean work environment
Skills Desired  
  • Basic soldering, forming, forging skills are a bonus but we will train you, too!
  • Comfortable using various hand tools, flex shaft (drills). 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in jewelry production or educational equivalent
  • Accepts direction from Lead Production Team members
  • Able to focus + work in a repetitive production setting
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Detail oriented with great hand/eye coordination and ability to work consistently with precision
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
