Here’s what you need to know: We require all first-time wholesale customers to place orders $200+. This minimum order amount helps us keep our prices low and the quality high! All subsequent orders thereafter only need a minimum of $150 to qualify. We hope you enjoy this opportunity to bring Token direct to your customers each and every season when new products are released.

*Pro tip: We strongly encourage (but don’t require) our customers to purchase a minimum quantity of 2 per style selection. Though this is not a hard-line requirement, it is however a tried and tested method used by many of our partners to produce more desirable displays that in turn produce faster sell-through rates.

You can expect your order to ship 7-10 days after your order is placed. This timeframe is due to the made-to-order nature of our handmade products. Certain circumstances, such as the size of your order and the time of year you’re placing it could affect this general timeframe. We encourage you to contact us directly if further assistance is needed.

Our jewelry comes carded on recycled paperstock + is sealed in a clear plastic bag or jewelry pouch. We place two pieces per bag when possible to cut down on packaging. If you would prefer your items wrapped in tissue, please specify during your order at checkout.

We send our pieces to you on our branded Token Jewelry cards. Please don’t put our jewelry on any other branded cards. It's important that we are given credit for the pieces we create. We appreciate your understanding.

We do not accept returns. If you would like to exchange the same item for a different size, please contact us at wholesale@tokenjewelry.com. We determine what is eligible for exchange on a case by case basis.

We offer a 30-day warranty for the following: broken chain, faulty clasp, wrong size, manufacturing defects, errors, etc. 

Please email us at wholesale@tokenjewelry.com to notify us about your item so that we can expect it in the mail or to be dropped off at the studio for inspection.

We are happy to be able to offer payment terms of net 30 or net 60 days. Cap at $5,000 per order amount for net terms.

Returned payments and/or insufficient funds are subject to payment penalties and could be subject to prosecution and fines.

Orders are eligible for cancellation up to 24 hours after submission.
