Did you know that Sarah purchased her first set of bench tools, wire, and block back in 2005, when she was still living in Oregon? She wanted to create her own pair of earrings after falling head over heels in love with a strand of labradorite gemstones! Needless to say, her part-time passion rippled into an entire business that continues to evolve and grow, making her the architect of Token Jewelry! From designing each and every piece, to sitting in on marketing meetings, and helping the Jewelry Stylists decide how to best display each piece, Sarah is continuously involved in her business. We could not have asked for a more supportive, creative, and stronger leader! Outside of Token, Sarah is a mother to three boys (yes, she has been to a Pokémon Club meeting) and fur mama (if you get the chance, make sure she tells you the story about how she had to fly her cat named Kitty across the country!)

Before we say literally anything else, let's chat about Stacy’s homemade donuts - she used to own her own donut shop in Evergreen, CO called Sconnie’s! Her best sellers were Lemon Blueberry and Apple Cider cake donuts! Now back to business, Stacy is our ultimate buyer! She makes sure we are stocked on all the supplies we need to make your favorite pieces! While she is placing our orders and taking inventory, she is always plugged into the latest podcast episode of Dateline or 48 Hours - listening to true crime makes her focus, should we be scared?! By day Stacy drinks iced blondies from 7 Brew and by night she enjoys the bloody marys from Wigwam, specifically with extra pickle juice! Her favorite snack is anything that can be dipped in, drizzled under, or spread with nacho cheese!!! Chips, pretzels, slathered on sandwiches, drizzled over a cheeseburger, or even to go with scrambled eggs! If nacho cheese can be added on, she is using it!!!

If you’ve ever shopped our collection, you’ve seen Avery’s work in action. As our General Manager and Product Performance Specialist, she oversees both the marketing and sales floor teams to ensure everything runs smoothly while also working to fine-tune product listings, analyze trends, and make sure every piece shines—both literally and figuratively. Originally from Strum, WI, Avery recently moved to Eau Claire after graduating from Madison Area Technical College and is now pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Sports Management at the University of Minnesota Crookston. When she’s not optimizing our online selection, she’s coaching girls' volleyball almost year-round or hanging out with her orange kitten, Nugget. Her go-to Token pieces? The Olivia Ring and Alex Chain Studs, of course.

If you ever need a matcha latte recommendation or tips on thrifting, Marian is your go-to. A fiber arts enthusiast, she spends her free time crocheting, weaving, and hunting for vintage gems at Hope Gospel Bargain Center. She moved to Eau Claire in May 2024 but has loved the city since her Eaux Claires festival days.

At home, she has two giant dogs: Cooper, a 120lb Mastiff often mistaken for the dog from The Sandlot, and Pio, a shepherd mix who is sweet—until he catches a scent and goes full wild mode. Her perfect snack lineup? Charcuterie, always. At Token, she thrives on the creative energy, especially when making pieces like the Keira Ring—there’s nothing more satisfying than setting that jade stone!

Kenzie is not just a lead maker here at Token, she is also the mom of our honorary employee Louie (he is the tiny dachshund who works upstairs with the rest of the Makers!) He puts in long days supervising while Kenzie is hammering, soldering, stamping, and polishing all of your favorite Token pieces! Does this make Louie the Quality Assurance Manager? Back to the real star here. Kenzie’s current favorite Token pieces? She loves making any gemstone ring and wearing the Ripple Ring. The creativity doesn’t stop at Token for Kenzie though. She has her own studio at home where she continues to design and create for her own shop, Eclectic Sol!

From studying sculpture to being a jewelry maker here at Token, Molly has always been passionate about working in a creative space. It makes sense that the motto she lives by is “my heart demands it.” Her heart clearly demands she continue to make her favorite Form Studs and Personalized Cigar Band here at Token! When she’s not busy being a Maker and design coordinator here, she can always be spotted around town supporting as many local restaurants as possible. Should we convince Molly to make a TikTok of her creating some of her favorite Token pieces while chatting about her favorite foodie spots?! 

This cutie loves wire wrapping so if you own our Stormi Necklace or Emma Pearl Studs, Annie probably made it! Her favorite part about working at Token is accomplishing a new piece of jewelry and learning new skills. Annie loves to thrift, read, and cheer on the Minnesota Wild hockey all while wearing our Marina Chain Studs (her favorite Token piece!) Her hot take you ask?! Pickles are the most superior snack! Any kind, anytime, and anywhere. When she isn’t snacking on pickles and wire wrapping necklaces, Annie spends her time reading and watching movies with her dog named Fluffy as well as making her favorite potato and leek soup!

Hanna can make her own coffee syrup! Is that not the coolest thing ever?! Her recipe is dried lavender, honey, and water - so simple, full of flavor, and such a fun hobby!! As a maker here at Token, Hanna loves to make the Flynn Toggle Necklace and the Petite Pearl Hoops but her favorite pieces to wear are the Ebb + Flow Slides and Trinity Ring! When she isn’t cooking up her famous coffee syrup or at Token, she can be spotted at The Livery munching on their Mediterranean Salad (add the salmon on, please!), sipping on a matcha lemonade from ECDC, or thrifting for vintage Christmas nutcrackers to add to her collection!

An art teacher by day and jewelry maker by night (…well anytime after 4:00pm!) Kelly loves to shape, hammer, polish, and thread our timeless Crescent Moon Necklace when she is up in our maker's studio. She recently discovered that wearing our Bent Slides backwards is actually a super fun and funky styling to a classic Token piece—especially if she is wearing her hair up and jamming out at her favorite band's concert: Highly Suspect. When Kelly is at home, she loves to cook and eat any Thai food! If it’s spicy or topped with olives, that makes any dish even more scrumptious!

Kris is our go-to gal if we need a laugh! Her lively smile never fails to brighten each of our days! Kris loves to make our iconic Petal Slides when she is upstairs in our studio! Her favorite part about being a maker here is that she is constantly learning new skills as pieces are always getting added to our collections! At home, she has her own stained glass workshop where she designs and forges her favorite stained glass creations - 3D stars! She likes to hang them in the windows to light up the room with vibrant color. When she isn’t busy creating, Kris enjoys snacking on 70% dark chocolate, eating green curry from Thai Orchid, sipping chai tea lattes from Kahvi, and thrifting.

Tara puts her heart and soul into every piece of Token jewelry she makes. This absolutely checks out since her favorite pieces to wear are anything that has a heart! As a matter of fact, her favorite aspect about working as a Maker at Token is that everyone here puts their heart into designing, making, marketing, displaying, and packaging our jewelry. Did your heart melt reading that, because ours sure did!! 

Meet Jack, a goalie, club lacrosse player, and product design student at Stout with a wide range of interests that keep him busy and creative. When he’s not defending the net or dodging checks, he’s sketching, painting, or crafting solid silver and gold pieces at Token Jewelry. A die-hard Wild fan, you might find him cheering them on while enjoying a flatbread at The Phoenix Taproom + Kitchen or on a painting date at The Paint Shack. Recently engaged to his fiancée Caroline, he’s all about breweries, food trucks, and Toy Story. Originally from Albuquerque, NM, and now calling Eau Claire home after moving from Minneapolis, he’s already looking forward to his next getaway to his cabin on Washington Island!

If you've ever emailed us with a question, chances are Alicia was the one who wrote you back! Known around Token as the gemstone ring stacking queen, Alicia also has a soft spot for bold statement earrings. When she’s not fulfilling orders and delivering top-notch customer service, you can find her cooking up something delicious, thrifting with her kids, or checking off her latest concert from her bucket list. Alicia is a proud mom to three kiddos, and pet mom to two standard poodles and a cat. Her favorite Token pieces? Definitely the Lainey Ring and the Turquoise Nomad Ring—two perfect additions to any ring stack!

Fulfilling online and in store orders is what Megan does best here at Token! Completing orders with the welcoming and helpful Production Team is her favorite part of working at Token! When she is all done stacking and packing your orders she is studying for her next exam at UW - Eau Claire for her Communications majors, having pizza at Informalist, reading, or shopping! Her favorite books are mystery and thriller, especially if they are written by Freida McFadden. That effortless style she has is brought to you by Aritzia, Amazon, or Abercrombie and Fitch. If you’ve ever opened a Token email or double-tapped one of our dreamy photos, there’s a good chance Lexi was behind it. She creates our newsletters, takes our photos, and helps bring all things Token to life with the marketing team. Her favorite pieces? Anything with the Alexandra Chain and bold gemstone rings like the Turquoise Nomad. Emma brings creativity and energy to everything she touches—whether it's editing photos, designing for social media, or making sure Token’s visuals pop. When she’s not behind the screen, you’ll find her at the gym, reading, or out at local events. She's also a regular at Phoenix Park’s Food Truck Friday! Her favorite Token pieces? Anything turquoise, especially bold, statement-making designs.

Kambrie is our go-to gal for keeping Token’s socials fresh, fun, and full of good vibes. As a Marketing major at UW–Eau Claire, she brings big creativity to the content side of the brand—think Reels, TikToks, and all the behind-the-scenes moments you didn’t know you needed. Born and raised in Eau Claire, she loves hitting the Farmers Market on weekends (always leaving with fresh flowers) and is never far from an iced vanilla latte. Her current fave stack? The Olivia Ring, Ripple Ring, and Alexandra Chain—an effortless combo she wears on repeat.

Meet Ashley, our Wholesale Sales Representative. With a background in retail, including owning a boutique for six years, Ashley brings a wealth of experience to the Token team. A true fashion lover, she’s always on top of the latest trends and enjoys styling pieces in unique ways. When she’s not working with clients to find the perfect pieces, you can find her boating with family and friends, experimenting with Asian and Mexican cuisines in the kitchen, or hanging out with her two dogs, Gus and Layla. A huge fan of outdoor vibes, Ashley loves visiting The Waterfront Restaurant and Tavern in La Crosse for their oysters Rockefeller. Her current Token favorites? The Dreamwave Bangles (she always wears two) and the Anya Necklace.

Rikki is our Sales floor Manager and the friendly face you'll see leading the way at Token Eau Claire. She brings major energy and a deep love for all things gems, and the kind of vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. With a geology degree in hand and a GIA certification on the way, she's our resident rock expert (and literal rock hunter in her free time). When she's not helping you find your next forever piece, you can catch her MMA training, hanging with her pugs, or searching for the best local matcha!

Alisha is a true creative through and through. When she’s not styling at Token, she’s probably making jewelry of her own, cooking up something delicious (her quinoa salad is legendary), or sewing one of her handmade outfits. Her go-to pieces are the Gemini Hand Chain and Margot Necklace. A homebody at heart, Alisha's happiest outside with her son, Jason, and their pup, Arrow. She's always been an animal lover and grew up riding horses and, naturally, knows how to drive a manual too. Bonus points for that combo.

Myrah is majoring in Vocal Performance at UW-Eau Claire and brings her love of the arts into everything she does, from styling jewelry to performing opera with her campus a cappella group. She's a hoop earring lover who always reaches for the Florence or Organic Hoops. When she’s not styling or singing, you’ll find her thrifting vintage decor for her space, baking something chocolatey, or hanging out with her pup, Sophie. Oh—and she spent 10 years as a competitive gymnast, no big deal.

Ella, a student at the University of Duluth, is all about helping you find the perfect piece while keeping things fun and laid-back. When she’s not styling, you can catch her hiking, working out, or hanging with her dog, Winston. A huge fan of Forever Jewelry and a daily 7Brew, Ella knows how to balance style with life. Whether you're looking for advice or a great chat, she’s here to make every visit memorable!

Hollis is a stylist who brings energy, fun, and a passion for helping you find your perfect piece. When she’s not chatting with customers about her favorite opal ring or styling tips, you can catch her dominating the track, wrestling, or breaking barriers as the only girl on the Eau Claire North High School football team. She’s all about good food, great vibes, and loves dinner at Casa Margarita. Whether it’s a style consultation or a fun conversation, Hollis makes every visit a memorable one!

Andrea is a stylist who brings a laid-back yet stylish vibe to every visit, always ready to help you find that perfect piece. When she’s not assisting customers with jewelry styling or chatting about her favorite chunky gold pieces, you can find her working full-time as a hairstylist here in Eau Claire. Outside of work, Andrea is all about shopping (Free People is her go-to!), running on the treadmill, and spending time with her pets. Whether it’s a style consultation or a quick chat, Andrea’s warm, approachable energy makes every moment at Token enjoyable!

Bernie brings the energy, whether she’s on the track, in the kitchen, or flowing through her favorite yoga class. At Token, she keeps things grounded with her calm presence and eye for detail. Her everyday favorite? The Esme Ring—simple, timeless, and low-key powerful (just like her). She's more of a night-in than night-out kind of girl, and never says no to chips and salsa. Fun fact—she's a Division II college athlete, which pretty much sums up her dedication and drive.

Devon is known for her seasonal Charm Bar creations! Using our iconic Classic Hoop she rotates her charms out to represent what she loves most about each season. So far she has the Petite Strawberries and Halloween Ghosts! Her all time Token favorite though is the Rosalie set! Those pink pearls are just the pop of color needed to brighten up any look! When she is not on the sales floor styling, you can find her coaching strength classes at Eaum Yoga, munching on orange chicken from Thai Orchid, or listening to the latest podcast episode Crime Junkie with her kitty, Ming Ming!
