Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Token Jewelry and will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for return or exchange. Refunds will be made to your original payment, minus a $8 return fee. Returns after 30 days are accepted on a case-by-case basis and will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card. Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from us that we will honor your return. Token Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason.

Custom made pieces are not eligible for a return or exchange or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.

We offer a 90-day warranty for the following: broken chain, faulty clasp, wrong size, manufacturing defects, errors, etc. Please email us at orders@tokenjewelry.com to notify us about your item so that we can expect it in the mail or to be dropped off at the studio for inspection.
