We will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for return or exchange. Please note that certain items are not eligible for return and will be marked as final sale.
Please allow 3-5 working days for our small team of artisan makers to create your handmade jewelry. We ship via First Class USPS. If your order is time sensitive, please choose USPS Priority or Priority Express shipping at checkout. We will do our best to expedite production.

We love what we do and put thoughtful care into each piece of jewelry we create. Despite our best efforts, minor flaws can occur during production. We offer a 90 day warranty that covers defects such as a faulty clasp, broken chain or other material imperfections.
If you need to request a repair or replacement within 90 days of the original purchase date, please contact us at orders@tokenjewelry.com. Repairs outside of the warranty are subject to a fee.
Our warranty does not cover excessive wear or improper care of your jewelry, permanent jewelry, charms or items marked Final Sale.
