Hypoallergenic, Nickel Free and Water Safe
- Wrap a piece of string around your wrist the way you would like the bracelet to fit.
- Lay the string flat over a ruler and measure the inches.
- Choose the bracelet size that is closest to your measurement. Please note that our chain bracelets have an extender chain for the clasp and can adjust up to an additional .5" if needed.
If you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
We love what we do and put thoughtful care into each piece of jewelry we create. Despite our best efforts, minor flaws can occur during production. We offer a 90 day warranty that covers defects such as a faulty clasp, broken chain or other material imperfections.
If you need to request a repair or replacement within 90 days of the original purchase date, please contact us at orders@tokenjewelry.com. Repairs outside of the warranty are subject to a fee.
Our warranty does not cover excessive wear or improper care of your jewelry, permanent jewelry, charms or items marked Final Sale.

Our jewelry is crafted using 14k solid gold, 14k gold fill, and sterling silver—each hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Routine cleaning helps prevent residue buildup and keeps your pieces shining beautifully.
14k Solid Gold & 14k Gold Fill
Gently buff with a polishing cloth to restore shine. For deeper cleaning, soak in warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap, then clean using a soft cloth or a gentle, soft-bristle brush.
Sterling Silver
Polish with a polishing cloth, or create a paste using a small amount of baking soda and water. Apply gently with a soft cloth or a soft-bristle toothbrush, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
