Each piece of Token Jewelry is made with love in our Eau Claire, Wisconsin studio by a small team of skilled makers. Our talented team includes Founder, Sarah Willger, who has been making jewelry since 2005. Quality is incredibly important to Sarah and we want you to absolutely love your jewelry. To request a return or exchange, please log in to your customer portal here.
We will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for return or exchange. Please note that certain items are not eligible for return and will be marked as final sale.
Please allow 3-5 working days for our small team of artisan makers to create your handmade jewelry. We ship via First Class USPS. If your order is time sensitive, please choose USPS Priority or Priority Express shipping at checkout. We will do our best to expedite production.

We love what we do and put thoughtful care into each piece of jewelry we create. Despite our best efforts, minor flaws can occur during production. We offer a 90 day warranty that covers defects such as a faulty clasp, broken chain or other material imperfections.
If you need to request a repair or replacement within 90 days of the original purchase date, please contact us at orders@tokenjewelry.com. Repairs outside of the warranty are subject to a fee.
Our warranty does not cover excessive wear or improper care of your jewelry, permanent jewelry, charms or items marked Final Sale.

I don't wear a lot of earrings like this but I love them! They're lightweight and I've had so many compliments on them. People ask where I got them and I always mention Token.
The only downside is that the first time I wore them, I lost one of them. They don't come with earring backs! I even had them squeezed on my ear pretty snug but it wasn't enough. Make sure you get some of those silicone backs when you wear them! I had to pay to get another earring, so don't make the same mistake as me.

There are my go to silver teardrop earrings. Love the hammered element. They are perfect for Saturday night dinners or even a wedding! They are my favorite pair of earrings that I own.
