Finding the right ring size ensures a comfortable, secure fit. Use a ring sizer or a piece of string to measure your finger.
- Wrap a ring sizer or string snugly around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the ends meet, then lay it flat against a ruler to measure.
- Choose the ring size closest to your measurement.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit. Ring size can vary by finger and time of day. For the most accurate fit, measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest
We love what we do and put thoughtful care into each piece of jewelry we create. Despite our best efforts, minor flaws can occur during production. We offer a 90 day warranty that covers defects such as a faulty clasp, broken chain or other material imperfections.
If you need to request a repair or replacement within 90 days of the original purchase date, please contact us at orders@tokenjewelry.com. Repairs outside of the warranty are subject to a fee.
Our warranty does not cover excessive wear or improper care of your jewelry, permanent jewelry, charms or items marked Final Sale.

Our jewelry is crafted using 14k solid gold, 14k gold fill, and sterling silver—each hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Routine cleaning helps prevent residue buildup and keeps your pieces shining beautifully.

Gently buff with a polishing cloth to restore shine. For deeper cleaning, soak in warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap, then clean using a soft cloth or a gentle, soft-bristle brush.
Sterling Silver
Polish with a polishing cloth, or create a paste using a small amount of baking soda and water. Apply gently with a soft cloth or a soft-bristle toothbrush, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
